Prior to founding Evaluation Works in 2001, Holly held senior positions with global responsibility for learning & development strategy, organizational development, employee relations & engagement, career development, & continuous process improvement. From a change perspective, Holly is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, with special skills in helping leaders create readiness conditions for measurable, lasting behavioral change. 

A highly regarded measurement professional, Holly is a certified ROI professional and serves as an Associate of the ROI Institute. She regularly assists global leaders in defining and measuring the impact of human resource, talent development, OD, process improvement, or workplace learning solutions and serves as faculty for ATDs Measuring ROI Certificate program. She also shares her evaluation skills with grant managers and nonprofits for purposes of outcome mapping, grants management and/or evaluation reporting, logic model development, and capacity building.

An accomplished Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Holly has served as a volunteer exam developer for the Human Resource Certification Institute for more than 10 years and was a select contributor to its landmark anthology, The Rise of HR: Wisdom from 73 Thought Leaders  (2015) published in collaboration with HR luminaries David Ulrich and Libby Sartain. 

She is a sought-after speaker, talent coach, change catalyst, and learning leader, as well as a frequent author. Publications include the award-winning “Learning for the Long Run” and featured contributions to ATDs Talent Development Body of Knowledge (TDBok), ATDs “Foundations of Talent Development” series, the “Talent Managers as Change Agents” chapter in the ATD Talent Management Handbook (2015), along with multiple contributions to other books in the field.
